Payment

  1. We accept PayPal payments, Western Union payments, and Bank Transfer payments.
  2. Payments must be received within 7 days from the auction end date.
  3. We do not responsible for any custom duty or import tax.
  4. Shipping and handing fee would be the same if ship to Worldwide.

Shipping & Tracking

  1. Shipping method: Registered Air Mail for orders bellow US$250(e.g. China Post, Hong Kong Post). Orders reach US$250 will be shipped by International Express Mail(e.g. DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT)
  2. Shipping fees: Free Shipping on orders reach or over US$15. Flat Fee of US$2 for orders below US$15
  3. All items will be shipped in the next 1-2 business day after full payment has been received and confirmed with PayPal. Payments received on weekends or holidays, goods will be shipped on the following business day. Please understand that holidays and weekends are not considered business days.
  4. All items will be shipped by Registered Airmail with tracking number in order to speed up the delivery. If goods' value is over $250 or customer require a quicker delivery & agree to pay the extra shipping fee, then we will support to ship by EMS, DHL or UPS etc. So before you bidding the items, please confirm all the details.
  5. Normally it will take around 7-15 business days to arrive. (Note: Italy, Malta, Brazil etc. may take around 15-30 days to arrive). If you don't receive items over 30 business days, please notify us and we will suggest a good solution.
  6. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to make sure the address on file with PayPal is the current and correct address before sending payment. We only ship to the address that is on file with PayPal with no exceptions. The shipping feature we use automatically pulls the confirmed shipping address information into the system, so please double check that all of your information is correct before sending your payment.

Return

  1. All items are tested and well packed before posting. If have any quality problem with our products, please email us within 7 days from the date you receive the product. we will provide exchange but NO REFUNDS will be accepted.
  2. For any exchange, we need the original receipt or a record of the purchase in our system, and the product must be in its original condition, including the box, packaging, and all the accessories. PLEASE contact us for return address BEFORE you send it back.
  3. Please be advised in all cases, buyers pay shipping at their own cost to return products for exchange.
  4. Returns made for non-defective merchandise will be charged a 10% restocking fee. We reserve the right to not accept non defective items back.

How to get Fidelity points & Sponsorship points?

  • When you make purchases for yourself, Fidelity points are assigned at a rate of 1 point for every $10 spent.
  • When your referred customer completes an order. The customer receives Fidelity points, and you receive Sponsorship points.
For example: Mary, who you referred, spent a total of $64.23 on merchandises. Mary gets 6.423 Loyalty points, and you as the referrer get 6.423 Referral points.

How to refer a friend

Register an account on KiwiLighting.com, then go to affiliate page to get html code, then put the code on your blog/facebook/twitter/google+/linkedin/forum or any other website, or directly send your referral link to your friends.

How to use my points

  • Fidelity points(Loyalty points) can be used for purchases(directly redeem the points while checking out or exchange into coupons).
  • Sponsorship points(Referral points) can be used for purchases as Fidelity points, and as an affiliate, Fidelity points can be be exchanged to cash.

Exchange rate

  • 10 Fidelity points = 1 USD(for coupons or cart exchange)
  • 10 Sponsorship points = 1 USD(for coupons, cart exchange, or cash)

Valid period

Fidelity points and Sponsorship points will expire 1 year(365 days) from the date of the acquisition.

We currently disabled wholesale pricing, but provide a more simple and easier method to benefit all customers by offering 5%/7%/10% discount on orders reach $100/$300/$500. For orders over US$1000, please contact us to get more discount.

We do not provide Promotional codes upon request, Please do not contact us requesting a promotional code.
Occasionally, promotional discount codes can be found in print or online advertisements, sent via email, or available through other events or medium. These codes are normally used to receive a percentage discount off your order. Promotional Codes may be discontinued at any time without notice.
